1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees and grease your pans
2. Whisk together the dry ingredients
3. In mixer bowl place the wet ingredients
5. Then add the rest of the dry ingredients and blend
6. Mix for 2 minutes on medium speed
8. Bake at 300 degrees for about 20-30 minutes (depending on size of cake)
then turn oven up to 325 for about an equal time.
